Toothpaste Bandit

I'm a novice investigator but I think I solved this mystery by following the clues. This afternoon I smelled something a bit fruity in the air. I then noticed...

...an open bathroom door with the toothpaste drawer ajar...

...a tube of children's toothpaste lying on the rug...

...and one year old lips with a pasty residue on them.

This time around our suspect was caught red handed (or white lipped). His breath did smell fantastic though.
