This is Kellen dancing along with one of his Sesame Street DVDs. The song is called "A Very Simple Dance" and Kellen cracks me up when he's playing along with it. I have legitimate concerns when the pull your ears part comes along. He's quite forceful when yanking on his lobes.
The audio from the DVD is a little soft but you can hear enough of it if you crank up the volume.
